O.M.G. on October 8th I binged because of my parents anniversary, on October 9th I binged because of my birthday and from October 10-13 I BINGED as well because I've just had a bad week with school so I used food for my comfort and kinda said 'to hell' with my dieting. Big mistake. THAT'S 5 FUCKING DAYS OF BINGING. I hate myself I'm such a useless hopeless person. So now I'm starting over with the challenge, as day 14, but I will have to make up those 5 days of binges, or maybe I'll just move on I don't know.
